Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment (100%) is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Check-in Pre-authorization: At check-in, the hotel reserves the right to request a pre-authorization (temporary hold, not a charge) of €200 on the credit card of the reservation holder. The hold is automatically released within 7 to 10 business days after check-out, provided no incident has been recorded.
